We like to keep our tours under 12 guests and on some tours as little as 6 guests. This is due to the number of guests that are allowed for our experience at different locations. On cruise departures this could be more, but we do have private events and excursions for our groups on cruise departures.

Our tours do meet the needs of ADA requirements. Please note that there may be some experiences at wineries that those with physical limitations may not be able to fully participate in (e.g., walking in the vineyards) that are physically challenging. We will accommodate them as best we can if they are unable to enjoy that experience.

As much as we love those kiddos, we will be tasting wine, so we must insist that everyone is over 21 years of age.

Everything listed on the details, the majority of your meals, all touring and entrances, tastings and winery experiences, all private transportation (including airport transportation), and your overnight accommodations.

Yes! We understand our fixed dates may not work for your small group. We work with you to duplicate what we have on different dates or can build a unique tour just for you! Please note: different dates may have different pricing.

We have meticulously researched and stayed at the selected boutique and luxury hotels. We will always start with the best fit for our tours to give our clients a relaxing yet luxurious experience on their getaway. If you want to customize a tour to a different type of property, we can do that but we want the best experience for those on our set dates.

Yes! We love working with groups within associations and private clubs. Since our tours are small, if your club is large, we may have several departures that your members can choose from.

Yes!  If your executives need a corporate getaway to help them come together and relax to focus on things better, there is nothing better than a great wine country escape!  We also work with corporations on small departure incentives.

Trust us, there will be no shortage of a variety of wines on our tours! Winemakers today are becoming more and more innovative in their growing, aging, and blending techniques. Of course, certain grapes grow better in certain regions, but all areas we visit do have a great variety to experience at each location.

We are passionate about what goes into a bottle of wine. It is fascinating to us, and we bring that to you. You will learn why the wineries are in the business, how they came to be in the business, their stories, and the history behind the label. You will also learn about the wineries themselves, how they grow and take care of their vines, what harvest looks like, and what each year has brought, good years and difficult years. Highlighted through the tour you will learn about tasting techniques and hear from the winemakers and managers how to best age your wine, or not age your wine. Plus, when you go to the vineyards and taste the wines, you learn what your palate likes and doesn’t like. This is important, as where the grapes are grown and how they are aged and blended make a huge difference from one area to the next. Not all Cabernets are the same!

On our set tours, if the entire group is traveling together as one entity then, yes, we can adjust the tour if it works in our time scheduled for those days. If the group is made of a few different guests traveling from different places, then, no, we would not adjust our tour in that situation. We would encourage you to ask for a custom tour to be built to accommodate your winery requests.

If you are asking for a tour that is already built but just need a different date, no, there is no charge. If you are wanting a completely custom-built unique tour, there will be a $150 custom fee to be held by credit card authorization. The fee will not be charged in the event you move forward and book the custom tour. In the event you decide not to book the tour, the fee will be charged to cover the time spent putting the tour together.

Yes, we can help with your airfare and add it on to the cost of your tour.

Yes, we use Allianz Travel Insurance for any clients who would like to add that to their tour cost. Allianz has many plans to choose from, including a Cancel for Any Reason Add On. This allows for you to cancel for any reason and has the highest coverage for that type of cancellation, at 80%. If you are working with a travel agent, we recommend you ask them about this coverage or what they recommend for your tour.

Yes, we love travel agents! Please have them contact us to book your tour on your behalf, and they will earn a commission from your travel.

We never plan on cancelling our set dates. If something causes us to pause operations, guests can request a full refund or can change to another date in the future with no penalty.

With our tours being small in number, we really hope to never not operate a set date. We try and fill our tour set dates first and then work on additional dates if needed. As long as we have guests booked on a tour, we will have the tour depart. We know you plan around and look forward to your vacation – we want you to be able to rely on your booking, no matter how many other people want to go on that date.
